Programme d'ajustage interne: règle rapidement la précision de la balance à l'aide d'un poids calibré interne motorisé.
Programme d'ajustage externe (CAL): pour régler la précision de la balance. Poids de contrôle externe nécessaire.
Memory: Emplacements de mémoire internes à la balance, par ex. des tares, de pesée, données d'article, PLU etc.
Interface de données RS-232: Pour connecter la balance à une imprimante, un PC ou un réseau.
Interface de données USB: Pour connecter la balance à une imprimante, un PC ou un réseau.
Comptage de pièces: Nombres de pièces de référence au choix. Commutation de l'affichage pièces/poids.
Niveau de formule A : mémoires séparées pour le poids du récipient de tarage, et des différents composants d'une formule (total net).
Niveau de totalisation A: Les valeurs de poids de marchandises similaires peuvent être additionnées et la somme imprimée.
Détermination du pourcentage: Affichage de l'écart par rapport au poids de référence (100 %) en % plutôt qu'en grammes.

Pesage avec zone de tolérance : les valeurs limites supérieures et inférieures sont programmables, p. ex. pour triage et mis en portion

  • The highly accurate KERN counting system can replace a whole range of individual balances, efficiently and at a reasonable price
  • Thanks to EC type approval [M] this counting system can also be used in verified applications, e.g. for order picking packaged items, etc.
  • The balances are connected to one another with an RS 232 Y-cable, which also allows you to connect an end unit, such as, for example, signal lamps, barcode scanners or printers (KERN TCCA-A01-A, included in the scope of supply)


Reference scale KERN EWJ

  • This professional precision scale, which can also be used as a stand-alone scale, meets the highest demands for accuracy, weighing capacity and volume of items, by being connected to a high-capacity weighing bridge
  • Concept of easy use: All primary functions have their own key on the keypad
  • Automatic internal adjustment time-controlled every 2 hours, guarantees high degree of accuracy and makes the balance independent of its location of use
